Damage Claim

DiTuo is committed to cooperating with you to solve any potential product damage claim. After the goods were first received, check the tray and packaging materials for any signs of damaged products. Pay attention to any damage or lack of products on the box (delivery certificate) provided by the container.

If you buy or collect orders from the business manager, you need to contact the business manager directly to seek help.

To continue this process for web orders, please provide the request information:

1. Check all products in the goods

2. Delivery certificate (delivery certificate)

3. Provide order number/container number number

4. Pictures of damaged most products (JPEG or PDF format)

Due to product quality problems, when using CNC cutting tools to cut the product, claims caused by product damage.

Photographs of the cut, part number/video, etc. are required.

Claims planning: to be completed when new orders are placed, by mutual agreement of both parties

We will pay for every slab that is damaged due to cutting problems.

Reference to any commercial terms (EX Works, FOB, CIF, etc.) shall be considered as made to the lncoterms of the International Chamber of Commerce, in the text in force upon the conclusion of the contract.
